On the original generation of the Flux Smart and the later Flux S Smart, the internal fan can warp due to heat build up within the unit.
This invariably leads to issues with power readings and rubbing noises and this often manifests itself with the twisted tension arm issue which our billet CNC tension arm solution resolves.
With our revised 3D printed fan solution, you can rest assured that the filament used is more resistant to the heat generated within the unit and some minor tweaks to the design ensure that your unit will operate without further downtime.
